The past sixteen years were long and fun, Maith thought. Though they were also filled with trouble. Now though was not a day to ponder the past, even though she missed her missing sister, Pollae dearly.
Pollae was something different to Maith and their brother Hybur. Meira did not know why, it was was just a feeling she had in her head about her youngest sibling.
In the space behind her in the huge room she had, padded a small three day old white dragon. To everyone's surprise, this Sun Dragon was male. Narimya was one of Gaelira and Rasjar's children.
She smiled. Narimya was special and well loved.
"You almost ready?" Hybur called from the other side of her closed bedroom door.
She looked down at herself. The pretty pink dress she wore seemed to float down her willowy frame perfectly. Her hair was neatly pulled away from her face. She smiled. It left the silver dove tattoo that she had certainly inherited from her mother free and seen on the back of her shoulder.
"I'm ready," she said as she opened the door.
Hybur blinked. "You look beautiful, Maith."
"Thanks."
Well the spotlight was on her children this time, but did that really matter? The whole world was about learn of Pollae's disappearance, but hopefully no one would question her too much about that. After all, tonight was for their children, who she knew were ready to go, though they were staying hidden until everyone was in the ball room. There were elves from all the islands here now. And now finally, just before everything was about to start, she was finally able to get ready.
It was a good thing she knew what she was wearing and how. The dress was pretty and royal blue, with a wide skirt that was ruffled a little. There was a floral beadwork pattern around her waist and right at the top of the sleeveless dress. Her hair was pulled back away from her face into an ornate bun.
Keya chuckled as she moved towards where the other guests were, waiting for Gem and her family to come out from wherever they were. Her red dress was simple. Silk, wide skirt, sleeveless, with a few little diamonds at the top. A Diamond necklace hung around her neck. Her flame red hair was back in a bun.
Ashlere chuckled as she followed Keya into the main ballroom. Her dress was the most simple, it was emerald green with many folds in it. And it was a halterneck. Gem had told her that it brought out the color in her green eyes.
